What is JKNEETU SON ENTERPRISES?
JKNEETU SON ENTERPRISES is an independent product studio from India. We design, build and run consumer mobile apps. Our first product is Loomii, an anonymous Q&A app for friends.
What is Loomii?
Loomii is a free Android app: you share one link in your Instagram, Snapchat or WhatsApp story and friends answer anonymously — Ask me anything, Rate me, Crush?, Confess, polls and quizzes. It is for people aged 13+.
Is Loomii safe?
Safety is built in: every message passes a filter, you can hide words, block or report any sender in one tap, pause your link, and our team reviews reports. Sign-up needs no phone number, email or contacts.
Do you sell personal data?
No. We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party ad trackers in our apps. We keep only what a feature needs — see our privacy policy for the full list.
How do I report a problem or a safety issue?
Report it inside the app (long-press a message → Report), or email app.support@loomii.link. Our grievance officer acknowledges complaints within 24 hours and resolves them within 15 days.
